From Cameroon to Nigeria to African to the world.
Cameroonian dancehall artiste Jennifer Ewube with stage name as Ewube, happily leaves her family behind yesterday Friday to join the celebrants of African culture at the AFRIMA award ceremony in Lagos-Nigeria.
Attending her first ever international award away from home, the queen has on her shoulders the duties not just to go meet and dine with the other African big wings but to return with a lot of collaborations that will help foster the slowly but surely music industry.
Still to be comprehended by a lot of Cameroonians, the Best Central Africa Female nominee will be backstage with all the top African super stars that will be performing on the continent’s biggest stage that night including her. How this happened for Ewube to be given the honor to perform, remains fantasy in many, but the one thing for sure is, a torch can never be hard to find in darkness.
