Award winning U.S based Cameroonian gospel star; Mokambe, an idealist singer and one of the forefront 237 gospel ambassadors, releases his official peace song in connection to the ongoing unsweet serenity in Cameroon, especially in the two English speaking regions.
For more than two years since the two English Regions started what they first called “a peaceful protest”, which has now escalated and taking the form of a full scale war or annihilation of Cameroonians as some call it, the artiste joins his voice with the world today to lament on the deaths, suffering and displacement of the Anglophones.
Today, most Anglophones have become refugees in their country as some now prefer to sleep on the streets of the other French speaking regions rather than theirs… for their safety.
“The People’s Pain” is a contemporary gospel song lamenting on the ongoing crisis in Cameroon. In the song, Mokambe calls and beg God to come down and safe his people. His song is coming to add to the handful of similar songs released recently regarding the crisis.
Listen to the song and join the hundreds of prayer warriors all over the world praying for peace and tranquility to return in Cameroon.
